Merka Building Solutions has been founded by Maryam Hosseini P.Eng, CEM. Maryam is a Professional Engineer and Certified Energy Manager with 20 years of experience in HVAC and Mechanical Systems across different industries of Construction (Residencial, Commercial, Industrial) as well as Marine and oil and gas. Her involvement in the industry over the course of her career has been in maintenance and new-construction supervision, Inspection on behalf of authorities, equipment engineering sales, as well as basic design, functional and detailed design, commissioning, and energy audits. 

She has been directly trained by HVAC Equipment Manufacturers on Controls Systems and HVAC equipment (Water-cooled and air-cooled chillers and HPs, VRFs, AHUs, RTUs and FCUs) and she has successfully managed more than 50 HVAC projects with a wide range of complexity and monetary value located in US and Canada.
